Terms of Service

01 Acceptance

By downloading or using the Video Compressor - Convert application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

02 Description of Service

The App provides video compression, format conversion, merging, cropping, trimming, and related media-editing tools, all running locally on your device. Some features are free; others (Premium subscription) require paid access.

03 License & Right to Use

DuruSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App as part of another product.

04 Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Process content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to bypass the App's security measures or manipulate its advertising or subscription systems
• Use the App in a way that could damage devices or any infrastructure we operate

05 Intellectual Property

The App itself, its design, logo, and brand elements belong to DuruSoft. You retain all rights to the video, photo, and audio files you process — since we never see or store them, we make no claim over them whatsoever.

06 Subscriptions & Purchases

Premium features are offered as weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Prices are those shown in the App and on Google Play at the time of purchase and may vary by region and tax.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the Subscriptions section of the Google Play app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Your payment details (card number, etc.) never reach us — they are handled entirely by Google Play.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's own refund policy and are requested directly through Google Play.

07 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any video, photo, or audio file you process in the App. You warrant that this content is lawful and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Because your files never leave your device, we have no way to view or moderate them.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free compression/conversion quality, processing speed, or compatibility with every device. We recommend keeping a backup of important files before processing them — always retain your original until you've confirmed the processed output is what you expect.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DuruSoft is not liable for data loss, file corruption, or indirect damages arising from your use of the App. This limitation does not exclude liability arising from DuruSoft's willful misconduct.

10 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time simply by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate your access without notice if we detect abuse (for example, manipulation of the advertising system).

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these Terms falls under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Turkey.

12 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
